Caron has over 20 years of experience in quality, health & safety, environmental, and compliance management across the consulting engineering, construction, services and manufacturing sectors. She joined LYNERS in 2019.
She holds a Master of Technology (MTech) in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a BTech in the same field from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, both awarded cum laude. Caron is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and has completed numerous advanced certifications in SHEQ systems, climate change, and risk management.

Caron’s expertise includes the design, implementation, auditing, and continual improvement of Integrated Business Management Systems (IBMS). She plays a leading role in aligning LYNERS’ systems with ISO standards and South African legislation, ensuring statutory compliance and audit readiness.
Her responsibilities include internal audits, legal register maintenance, staff training, and supporting multidisciplinary teams across all engineering disciplines and project phases. She also advises on SHEQ integration, project risk management, and sustainable system implementation.
In addition to her role at LYNERS, Caron has successfully led the certification readiness of over 50 organisations across high-risk and regulated sectors, including engineering, energy, and petrochemical industries.
