Harlind is an award-winning Civil Engineering Technician. He joined LYNERS in 2002 and became a shareholder in 2017.
He obtained his ND (Civil) and BTech (Construction Management) at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 2001 and 2006, respectively.

Harlind has extensive experience and expertise in the design, supervision, contract administration and project
management of numerous infrastructure projects, from concept to completion. His background includes
working on projects in the petroleum industry and collaborating with mechanical, electrical, process and tank
engineers.
