Kim brings nearly two decades of experience in environmental consulting, compliance auditing, and impact assessment across sectors, including infrastructure, housing, utilities, transport, waste, marine, and energy. She joined LYNERS in 2023.
Kim holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Environmental Law from the University of Cape Town (2017), a BTech in Environmental Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (2008), and a National Diploma in Oceanography (2004).

Kim leads the company’s strategic focus on integrating project sustainability into infrastructure planning and delivery. Her role supports LYNERS’ commitment to ensuring project outputs, outcomes, and benefits are sustainable across its entire life cycles, from conception to decommissioning.
With a solid foundation in marine and environmental law, Kim is known for her meticulous oversight, regulatory knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills, supporting LYNERS’ goal of delivering infrastructure that is not only technically sound but also environmentally and socially responsible.
