Mario started his career at Aurecon as a Design Engineer and joined the Lyners Adams Partnership in 1997. He has been with LYNERS since its inception in 1999 and became a shareholder in 2001.
Mario holds degrees in BEng (Civil) from Stellenbosch University (1992) and BEng (Hons) (Water) from the University of Pretoria (1997), and a Diploma in Executive Management from the Stellenbosch Business School
(2010).

Award:
- Mario managed the award-winning Hydro Plant Project on L’Ormarins. This project received the CESA AON Engineering Excellence Award in 2017 in the category for projects with a value between R50m and R250m
Mario has completed numerous projects as a Director for private and public sector clients. His experience and expertise include planning, master plan development, conceptual design, design, tender documentation, procurement and management contracts. He has also completed numerous civil engineering projects for the petroleum industry.
